We are committed to providing you with a service of excellence, safe, and free from discrimination. We have inclusive facilities and boats, wheelchair accessibility, auditory signaling, and safety videos in sign language, both in English and Spanish. In addition, we offer special discounts to people with disabilities and seniors with INAPAM credentials (issued in Mexico).

We also designed a specific program for the inhabitants of Isla Mujeres, contributing to the economy of the island's residents, in addition to preferential rates for Quintana Roo residents.

At Xcaret Xailing, we respect human dignity and are governed by our Code of Ethical Conduct.

All our vessels comply 100% with the protocols established in the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL). Each boat has two CUMMINS KTA 50 main engines, built under the IMO Tier 2 emission reduction standard.
