Xcaret Xailing Sustainibility, focus on People

We are committed to providing you with a service of excellence, safe, and free from discrimination. We have inclusive facilities and boats, wheelchair accessibility, auditory signaling, and safety videos in sign language, both in English and Spanish. In addition, we offer special discounts to people with disabilities and seniors with INAPAM credentials (issued in Mexico).
We also designed a specific program for the inhabitants of Isla Mujeres, contributing to the economy of the island's residents, in addition to preferential rates for Quintana Roo residents.
At Xcaret Xailing, we respect human dignity and are governed by our Code of Ethical Conduct.

Focus on the Planet

In addition to operating with a firm environmental commitment, all our vessels fully comply with the protocols established in the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships. Each vessel has two CUMMINS KTA 50 main engines, built to the IMO Tier 2 emission reduction standard. This commitment is complemented by conservation programs, such as the sea turtle program, which for years has contributed to the reintroduction of this species to the sea.
SEA TURTLES CONSERVATION PROGRAM

Sea Turtle Conservation Program

As part of Grupo Xcaret's conservation efforts, there's the Sea Turtle Program, operated by Flora, Fauna & Cultura de México A.C. since 1996 with the support of Grupo Xcaret and institutional partners. This program has allowed for the reintroduction of millions of turtle hatchlings to the sea, a collective effort that demonstrates the passion and commitment of those who protect marine life. Even so, turtles remain in danger, so their conservation requires the continued collaboration of everyone.
