The Xunset tour departs from El Embarcadero by Xcaret, located at Km 4.5 of Cancun's Hotel Zone. Getting there is easy by public transportation, cab, or car (parking at additional cost), so get ready for an unforgettable sunset!

Wear cool clothes, hat or cap, sunglasses and sunscreen.
On winter days wear a light sweater.

Please confirm your pick-up location and time if you added transportation from your hotel.
The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years, and a valid ID is required.
If you arrive by car, parking costs 15 MXN per hour or a fixed rate of 100 MXN per day if your stay exceeds 12 hours.
An adult must accompany minors.
For your safety and that of others, please follow all crew instructions.
In case of bad weather, the authorities, through the Harbor Master’s Office, will determine whether safe navigation is possible.
To access the Scenic Tower, you must present your catamaran tour ticket. It is valid for up to 15 days after your visit date.
The only official ID accepted is a valid passport. Also, it is valid to present a digitized copy of the document.
